Trout fishing near Misawa

I need to find some good place near Misawa where I can fly fish.

I've only been exploring the area for fishing spots for a few weeks, but the Oirase River, after it outlets from Lake Towada, had some nice spots to catch Rainbow Trout and Steelhead. I follow the river, and try out a few spots here or there. Fishing is prohibited, however, between the Oirase Bridge, and the mouth. As long as you stay away from the coast, you'll be fine. Although, it's not terrible close (Right Next to Towada-Ko, about 20 minutes from the base), I found many locals snagging a lot of rainbow trout with fly rods. Parking can be a bit of a pain, but I managed to find a good spot on the side of a gravel road.
